JOB PROFILING
By compiling job profiles we are able to assist organisations to identify the behavioural and technical competencies required for a position. In addition, the outputs, activities and measurements for successful job performance can also be specified. Job profiling provides the information an employee requires to meet the organisation’s business objectives. The profile is a useful document which can assist to ‘’size’’ the job.

EAP SERVICES
An employee assistance programme (EAP) can provide many potential benefits to an employer.
